Orders may be shipped via DHL, USPS, and UPS, selected upon check-out on ShipStation.

In-person Pick-up

Available upon check out. CARA Bookstore will send you confirmation of when your pick-up order is ready. 
Pick-ups are during regular open hours only. 

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 11 am -6 pm
Friday 11am - 8pm
Sunday 12 - 5pm

Returns

CARA is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Please read our descriptions and examine photos carefully as in-person returns with a copy of purchase receipt are accepted at our discretion within 30 business days of purchase.

Return shipping cost is the purchaser's responsibility. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition as dispatched: unworn, and free of damage, and with a copy of purchase receipt.

In the event an item becomes damaged during transit, please document the condition upon arrival and contact [email protected] immediately.
